Why autiprint

Our hope is to help organisations gain a better understanding of autism. We hope to empower people with ‘real life’ knowledge so they can confidently welcome, support and include people with autism in their organisations. Autistic people want to feel respected, supported and able to succeed in life to the best of their abilities just like everyone else.

Standard career paths don't always fit neurodivergent people and we were struggling to find ours. We were given the idea of how we could raise awareness to improve workplace accessibility and school life for younger people on the spectrum.
We are both empathetic, caring and kind people and we want to make a positive difference to people's lives.

What we do

We aim to focus on practical solutions that help create a more inclusive and supportive space, wherever that may be:

We talk about autism in a relaxed and approachable way. We talk about our journeys on the spectrum and the many different challenges that we and others with autism may struggle with.

Through our own lived experiences, we discuss what a truly autism-friendly environment may look like from our perspective.

We can also offer a live walkthrough of your space, working with you to spot potential obstacles that may affect people with autism, and suggest practical adjustments that could help create a more inclusive and productive environment.
